riveting Utrust’s credibility and character among the crypto peers and players in the payments

The challenge

As the offer of cryptocurrencies continues to grow, the majority of people are being faced with a dilemma: on the one side, trying to understand crypto brings a lot of effort and confusion; on the other, the whole subject is just becoming too prevalent for them to ignore.
Utrust was created to offer a quick, simple, and secure transition into digital currencies without
the need to navigate the menacing sea of crypto.

Before teaming up with Buro, they had a tremendous product but a fragile identity.
A solid visual identity and website would help trigger a wider adoption as the standard for crypto payments. Payments for everyone, merchants or buyers, always in the blink of an eye.

The Brand

The new visual identity goes much beyond a logotype. Utrust wanted a robust, yet unique,
shield shape logo to encapsulate the security layers attached to the payment services. More
importantly, it had to easily recognizable and distinguishable among the sea of crypto brands.
We delivered a U-shaped brand with strong connections to the typeface (FK Grotesk), dropped
the illustrations commonly used in the fintech landscape, and used colour and objects
integration to make it as ubiquitous as possible. We also worked with the internal design team to build the UI/UX for the new Utrust dashboard.
